The school form. The lease. The family records you’ll need again.
Store important family documents online in one place: IDs and certificates, the lease, school forms, policies and car papers, with a reminder before each renewal date.

Organise household paperwork by what it is for, not by when it arrived: the home and lease, school and family, policies and records, cars and licences. Each collection keeps a document with the papers around it, so the renewal letter sits beside last year’s policy.
Keep the lease, the deposit receipt and the move-in inspection together, so the start of the tenancy is in reach when it ends. Confirm the end date KuduDoc reads from the lease, and check when the lease notice is due.
Renting a home →Home & lease
Keep the term letter, the consent form and the fee receipt by child and year. Nothing in the collection is shared unless you share it.
School & family
Keep this year’s wording beside last year’s and the renewal letter. Ask points you to the clause, here the excess. AI can misread a document, so read the clause it cites. Before you clear out old papers, check how long to keep tax and household records.
How Ask works →Keep the vehicle papers, the insurance schedule and the service invoices in one collection. KuduDoc suggests each expiry date from the document for you to confirm, then reminds you 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before, by default — or the days you choose. See which household documents expire, and when.
How date reminders work →Cars & licences
The birth certificate is in a drawer at your mother’s house. Photograph the pages with your phone, keep them as one PDF, then seal the scan. Keep the paper too: a sealed scan does not replace the original where one is required.
If the school asks for a paper copy signed as a true copy, get that on paper; then share the sealed scan view-only.
Not sure what to keep? Start with the life file checklist.

A household can have up to five people. Paying for someone’s seat does not open their records.
For the day nobody can reach you, choose the people you trust in your household, while you can talk it through. If they need your documents, they ask from their own accounts. You are told about every request and can cancel it.
Personal holds 5 GB and Family 50 GB, shared by the household. Listed prices are the full amount per occupied seat.

Compare all plans →Keep the paper originals where you can find them, and a sealed scan of each in KuduDoc. Nothing in your account is shared unless you share it, even inside a Family household. For the most private papers, use the Vault: it is encrypted on your device with its own passphrase. Set up recovery first.
Access opens only after the waiting time you set, and only if you have not cancelled. If you travel where there is no signal, set a longer wait before you go, or require two or three trusted people to all ask first. You can block anyone who keeps asking.
That is the school’s call, so ask what it accepts for that form. KuduDoc signatures are ordinary electronic signatures.
It runs in your phone’s browser, so there is nothing to install. Photograph a document’s pages, keep them as one PDF and file it in the family’s collections. On Family, up to five people each sign in to their own account, and you choose what to share.
No. Each person on Family signs in to their own account, and paying for someone’s seat does not open their records. You choose what to share with the household. Emergency access follows the rules you set and never includes the Vault.
