Document storage · the Library
Store documents online in the Library: the lease beside its renewal, the deposit receipt and the inspection, in one collection and one search.
5 GB of storage free on Personal, and 100 GB on Professional.
The Library is KuduDoc’s document management software for households and businesses: each document kept with its dates, its signature state and the records that go with it.

The agreement, the renewal, the deposit receipt and the interest statement stay in one collection. Each row keeps its own state, so an unsigned renewal still says “Waiting for your signature”.
Record the end date on the lease too, and check when a lease renewal notice is due. Letting more than one unit? The lease register works out every lease’s dates and files each unit’s papers here.
The papers around a tenancy →Keep the expiry or review date on the lease, licence or certificate. KuduDoc emails you before it comes round: 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before, by default — or the days you choose.
How document expiry reminders work →Default reminders · change them in your settings
Search the Library, then narrow it with a tag, a folder or the “has an expiry” filter.
PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 50 MB, straight into the collection it belongs to.
Photograph each page with your phone’s camera and KuduDoc keeps them as one PDF. Where the paper original is required, keep the paper too.
Moving into a rental? The same steps work for photographing an ingoing inspection.
Forward a document to your own KuduDoc address. New senders wait for your approval.
Create a request link and send it to whoever has the document. Their upload lands in your Library.
Need answers and a signature as well? On Professional, send a form link: the answers, the uploads and the signed document land here together.
Nest them the way you already think about the records.
One label across records in different folders.
A smart collection fills itself from a rule: a tag, a person, a name, or “has an expiry”.
Download the personal information held for your account.
The lease, the policy schedule, the records another person may need to reach. You choose who you share with.
Explore family records →A separately encrypted space for records only you should open, with its own passphrase and recovery key. Nobody else can reach it, not even through emergency access. Lose both the passphrase and the recovery key and the contents cannot be recovered.
A digital vault for private documents →Not sure what goes where? Read what a household should keep, and where.
Who can see it, how documents get in, what happens when you delete, and what it costs.
See every plan →Personal is free, and the same Library holds company records for a business.
